I'm beginning to learn a bit more about what negotiation means in a relationship. To be more clear, I'm speaking of romantic relationships. I've negotiated with my friendships for over Thirty years, and I'm pretty good at it for the most part. But coming to terms with how to incorporate someone else's life into my own, and vice versa is requiring a whole new level of perspective.
